Each product is crafted in-house with meticulous attention to detail, using top-tier 3D printing technology and the expertise of our dedicated team. From design to final production, every step is carefully managed in our German workshop to ensure unparalleled quality and precision.
Our process begins with advanced 3D modeling, followed by high-resolution printing using state-of-the-art printers. After printing, each piece undergoes thorough post-processing, including hand-finishing and detailed inspections, to meet our exacting standards.

Technology

Our production process is powered by advanced 3D printers, including the cutting-edge P1S model, ensuring precision and consistency in every print. From detailed modeling to high-quality post-processing, each step is meticulously handled in-house to deliver exceptional products tailored to your expectations.

Materials

We use premium-grade PLA materials, chosen for their durability, eco-friendliness, and smooth finish. PLA, or polylactic acid, is derived from renewable resources like corn starch and sugarcane, making it a biodegradable and sustainable choice. This ensures that every product not only looks great but is also a step towards a more environmentally friendly future.

Recylce

Sustainability is a core value for us. We actively recycle used PLA materials and encourage customers to return any PLA scraps or offcuts from our products. These materials are repurposed, reducing waste and minimizing our ecological footprint, while promoting a circular production model for a greener tomorrow.

Return

We offer a 14-day return policy for non-customized 3D parts. Please note that customized products are excluded from this policy, as they are made uniquely for you. For more details, feel free to contact our support team.

Customization

Personalize your 3D-printed wheels with a variety of filament colors or request special designs tailored to your vision. From custom parts to unique colors, we bring your ideas to life—pricing for bespoke designs is available upon request.

Colour Customization

Personalize our 3D-printed wheels with your preferred colors. Choose from our current filament options: white, black, bronze, and silver. Depending on the design, you can customize individual parts like the outer shell, inner structure, brake disc, or the entire wheel. Soon, additional color options for brake calipers will also be available, offering even more variety for your unique design.

Special Customization

Have a unique wheel design in mind? We can bring your vision to life with our bespoke customization service. Whether it’s a completely new wheel design or specific colors not in our standard selection, we’ve got you covered. Special colors may require ordering and may impact delivery times.
